Ten days away from A levels

Ten days left, and I've got to say.

I have not felt the urgency at all.

I wonder if I'm ever going to feel it.

Others have probably started studying since 7am.

Well it's eleven and I've just woke.

I've just toasted a chicken bun by accident, forgetting that buns are supposed to be steamed.

I've finished watching Gossip Girl Season 6 Episode 2, which sucked big time.

And about to watch Episode 3.

While everyone is at Halloween, I'm stuck here in this liminal position.

Only food makes me happy now.

Graduated

After three years in the worst shithole in China with absolutely no culture,

I have finally GRADUATED.

The teachers were really sweet with their graduation videos.

Photos up when people finally get to posting them and I'm glad I took photos with most, if not, all that I wanted to.

Made a lovely bunch of friends towards the end of the year but nothing is ever too late.

What's even more interesting is that you see people finally having the guts to go up to their crushes or eye candies to ask for a photo.

My classmate even had a letter of confession.

Like finally on graduation day.

JC friends are mostly more of a superficial bond than a real emotional relationship with one another. 

But there is several that I know who are extremely close to my heart and I know we'll still be great friends ten years down the road.

Appearing for each other's weddings.

Meeting up to bitch about our jobs.

While I've met the most egoistic, arrogant, unscrupulous, insane people in JC,

I'm also blessed with the sweetest, down to earth and will-go-the-extra-mile friends there.

Just back from Maybelline's & Marilyn's 18th.

Tons of awesome food and I ate so much bacon that no amount of water can save me from the thirst I get from it.

Hot, sticky and sweaty from BBQ. 

Realised that I'm the only A level student at the party, everyone else is home studying.

Every minute counts from here on. 

I need to start studying as hard as them.

Never thought I'd say this but he is truly the best teacher in Nanyang.

Studied in BK at Sengkang when I was in secondary school. 

Three years later, still studying at SKBK.

Rumours and backstabbing are all very common.

But there is a line between destructive rumours and harmless ones.

Take for example:

Harmless ones are like Person A is extremely rude and has no social awareness.

Destructive ones are like Person B fucked ten guys before and have been pregnant five times.

The destructive ones are usually a shit load of crap and sticks with you forever.

And I really can take it and have been through a lot of such incidents in secondary school.

But that's because we're younger, and unaware of the consequences it might bring.

But in JC, we're considered young adults and I cannot tolerate immature and irresponsible rumours or comments.

Those which are true, that's fine.

Those which are so insanely ridiculous, there are just no words for it.

Anyway, it's interesting cos only one person knows this.

Just made a bet with Keefe over A level results.

He took a huge bet on me that I'll score straight As for A levels.

And I took a bet on him for that too.

Because there is only 4 people that I truly pin my hopes on on achieving straight As, and Keefe is one of them.

The loser treats a full meal at Crystal Jade.

Similarly, I made a bet with Michelle.

She is one of the most hardworking and determined person I've met.
