Ello I've been real busy.

And lazy.

Had dinner with my lovely girls at a Thai restaurant to celebrate our win at Blacks couple months ago!

Food is really good and extremely cheap.

One of my favourite zhichar places.

Portions were satisfactory and enough to make us so full that we couldn't walk after.

Let me show you how cheap it is!

We ordered: 

Signature Thai Fish ( A whole large fried fish bigger than a piece a A4 paper)

Kangkong
Cereal Prawns
Thai tom yam soup
Claypot Tofu

All for $41 altogether!
That's like $8 a dish and we ordered stuff like fish and prawns which are usually priced $12 and above in other places.

The only backlash is that the place can get reallllllyyyyyyy crowded so booking is necessary.

It's been a lovely week resting after my prelims but I need to start getting back my momentum.

Been having crazy weird dreams that are so vivid but utterly unrealistic.

Some dreams are so crazy lovely that I hate myself for waking up.
And others, I'm fighting for my life and killing people with knives.

I came home to a flooded room with all my books and notes ruined.

No inclination to fulfill the role as the oldest son in the family.

Nor help me and my little brother do simple chores like the dishes during our exam period.

Math was a horror show.

And I am a complete mess bcos I've never been this ill.

Can't breathe proper, tightness in my chest, massive headaches, terrible flu and a sore throat.

All during prelims week.

In such a cranky mood because of my cramps 

that I feel like killing the world.

The end is near

One of the things I get really confused about is when people, especially guys, ask me what 'type' of guys I go for.

I mean, what the hell is 'type'?

I have no type. 

There's usually a special bond, something that clicks at the first few instances and that's how I get interested.

But looking back, I realised that there is no trend or a particular trait in guys that I've liked.

All the guys I dated before are very very different in terms of looks and character.

I know some friends who are drawn to certain types, like being 180cm and taller,

have spiky hair, chinese speaking, sings well etc.

But for me, it's just simple things like being presentable, sociable, funny(at least to me), generous and polite.

And that's probably what everyone looks for, no?

Oh, and I do not believe in horoscopes.

These are bullshit. 

Does it mean that all Capricorns or Libras or Leos in the world have the same characters?

That's very unrealistic.

My friend, Wilson, revolves his life around horoscopes and pretty much believe in the compatibility of partners in horoscopes.

He is extremely drawn to Pisces.

Anyway, another friend who worked in a magazine before told me that horoscopes published in the magazines are done in a half an hour meeting session.

 They simply come out with meaningless predictions and expectations for the month for each horoscope.

No research, no professionals.

Just bullshit from very normal people.

Abstract

 Been beyond busy so a quick sum up of my week.

Bought this tumbler for myself at a charity event and got one for Zu as well when I went over for Raya.

At least my burgerdel cravings for the year was satisfied.

 

 So much to do, with so little determination and drive.

I may have burnt out but I have not even started mugging to be honest.

I'm probably just lazy.

But this is my all time perk-me-up drink.

I buy it in dozens.

Finally, a picture of me with my new hair and I still detest it a lot.

Received a number of compliments but, nope.

Not loving it yet.

Oh and I've been trying out this new app " Sleep as Android"

Very very cool.

It tracks your sleep and movements so you know when you were most active at night and whether you had any major movements or disturbances to your sleep.

So it's projected in a graph and this app slowly tries to wake you up half an hour before you're supposed to with increasing annoyance.

The first alarm is barely audible.

And it switches to airplane mode at night automatically so you can place your phone safely beside your bed w/o fears of radiation.

May be on hiatus cos of upcoming prelims that are three weeks long.

My new haircut.

Chopped off about 4-5 inches?

It really isin't as long as how the picture looks.

I think it's just right above my chest.

Way neater and lighter than previously, though I kind of miss my curls,

& feel a lot of jealousy when I see people with really nice long wavy hair.

Anyway, today was awesome and I am beyond bloated.

Met Javier for haircut at his recommended hairstylist, Jess.

No big regrets yet.

 (I usually end up tearing after a major hairstyle change)

Javier treated me Tony Romas hehehehehe.

Best ribs in the world, hands down.

Had pasta, baked potato skins too.

I swear the salad had plum powder in it.

Plum powder and coleslaw don't really fit well but I can literally eat plum powder off the bag,

so it worked for me!

We ordered way too much, could barely touch the sides.

THANKYOUUUUUU JAVIERRRR!

Had Anderson's icecream for dessert just because we wanted to find a place to sit down.

Total rip off for two small scoops of good not fantastic icecream for $10++.

Ohwell.

The left side of my cheap shoes snapped while walking to suntec and within 5 mins, the right side snapped too.

Can't blame anyone cos that's what happens when I buy shoes that cost less than $30.

I have nine blisters on my feet now btw.

Met Park afterwards cos he's leaving on Tuesday :'(

Wanted to watch Ted initally but timings are horrible, even on a Friday Night.

Park treated me dinner at Kai Sushi!

I was freakingggggg full after Romas but food was so good that I finished my meal.

Apparently, this restaurant's food is quite highly raved.

It's been more than two and a half years since we last saw each other.

Glad you're still pretty much the same.

I'll miss you when you're in UK and you'll achieve greater things there than in this shithole.
